5.1 Take your time...

• explain the importance of the data (tonnage, origin, etc. of the substances/mixtures) and the consequences for your business to the various departments you will be contacting (purchasing, sales, etc.);

• analyze the case of imported mixtures to ensure that one or more substances are not overlooked;

• develop exchanges with your non-European suppliers and/or distributors to ensure that you are aware of your status (importer or downstream user) and therefore of your obligations.
