2. What are the special features of the substances manufactured?
Based on the inventory, you can identify manufactured substances. For these substances, you have manufacturer status.
If you belong to a group, it's important to know whether it's made up of several legal entities or just one. The status of manufacturer falls to the legal entity that manufactures the substance.
There are two points to bear in mind.
A manufactured substance is not automatically placed on the market. In fact, if it is used directly on site or exported, it is considered a manufactured substance, but not placed on the market.
Similarly, a manufactured substance that is then stored is not placed on the market. Only the sale of the stock is considered to be placing on the market.
