All substances, whether on their own or in mixtures, should be listed, with at least the following information included in your inventory (see Inventory: information to be included [FIC 0171] ):

• their main identification numbers (e.g. CAS No., EC No. [ELINCS or EINECS], chemical and/or trade name);

• if purchased, name and country of supplier;

• in the case of manufacturing, the name of the legal entity responsible for manufacturing;
