7. Mistakes to avoid

7.1 Don't carry out a separate chemical risk assessment as part of the "document unique", and the production of exposure sheets.

In fact, the obligation to draw up an exposure prevention sheet for a given ACD depends on the results of the risk assessment carried out as part of the single workplace risk assessment document.

As an appendix to the single risk assessment document, you must record the collective data needed to assess individual exposure to risk factors, and the proportion of employees exposed to risk factors in excess of the regulatory thresholds.
