9. Conclusion

Quantifying risks requires methodologies that provide sufficiently "reliable" results, so that design choices or choices related to urban planning can be made on the basis of quantified risk analyses. Assessing leakage frequencies is a key stage in this type of study, as these values are one of the input data. In most studies, they are taken directly from databases.
