5. How can I keep track of changes in harmonization?

New substances are regularly added to the list of substances with harmonized classifications, and existing classifications may be revised in light of new data.

To stay informed and anticipate any potential changes, you can visit the ECHA-CHEM website and go to the "CLH process" section under "Regulatory activities" on the ECHA-CHEM homepage #www.chem.echa.europa.eu#.

You will find a table outlining the steps in the process.

List of substances for which a classification dossier is officially being prepared (“CLH intention”) or has been submitted (“CLH proposal first submission”)

This list, known as the Register of Intent (RoI), also identifies substances that are subject to other procedures under the REACH Regulation (restrictions, SVHCs, etc.).
