3. Dynamic bending analysis of a tree line

Any rotating machine in operation generates vibrations, the amplitudes of which depend essentially on :

  • rotor geometry ;

  • bearing stiffness and support;

  • of the amortization provided by these same bearings ;

  • sources of excitation, such as unbalance;

  • rotor speed.

The dynamic bending analysis of a line of shafts consists of :

  • determine the frequencies and strains of the damped bending eigenmodes of the rotors ;

  • check that their separation margin with respect to excitation frequencies is sufficient;

  • ensure that the vibration level at any point on the rotor is compatible...
