3. Evaluation of Operational Tightening (TBSS Method)

Determining an appropriate tightening force relies on identifying an acceptable range, bounded by two fundamental values:

  • the lower limit FME , corresponding to the minimum threshold guaranteeing the joint’s long-term seal;
