Overview

ABSTRACT

Nanoelectronics is a scientific sector favored by research. It is indeed a major technological asset in order to address the multiple technological challenges generated by the miniaturization of devices. The idea is to promote interdisciplinarity between physics, chemistry, biology, etc. This article provides a study of nanoelectronics which opens a door on the nanoworld. The ultimate electronics is dealt with via the single-electron transistor. Emerging sectors are then analyzed: quantum components, spin and molecular electronics as well as new architectures.
