5. Conclusion

In view of rising energy prices and regulatory requirements, implementing energy-saving measures has become a necessity. It is essential to evaluate the many technical possibilities on a case-by-case basis, to quantify the gains, and to assess the risks and all the consequences, including benefits other than energy savings (comfort, cost control, trained personnel...).

The CSR approach also contributes to thinking differently and optimizing energy consumption in line with what is really needed. Indeed, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) has become a major concern for many organizations seeking to reconcile their activities with sustainable development. Energy performance is a key aspect of CSR, as it contributes significantly to reducing the company's carbon footprint and preserving resources. It is becoming a corporate objective.
