A priori, there are two main sources of funding for efficiency improvements: state aid and equity capital.

The first part of the assistance can come from CEE (energy saving certificates, see Evaluating the financial return on energy saving certificates (CEE) [FIC 1774] ). As for the second part, it can come from ADEME covering part of the expenses.
