6.1 Check if your shares are eligible

The tertiary sector decree mandates a 40% reduction in energy consumption by 2030, 50% by 2040, and 60% by 2050 compared to a base year (often 2010) for buildings larger than 1,000 m ² .

Since January 2025, the BACS (Building Automation and Control Systems) decree has made it mandatory to install building management systems (BMS) in new or existing commercial buildings with a power rating exceeding 290 kW. This includes industrial buildings if they are used for commercial purposes (offices, laboratories, etc.).
