6. Our advice

6.1 Prioritize heat recovery and, if possible, internal to the process.

This is undoubtedly the easiest solution to implement and the most cost-effective. The gap between the two flows (incoming and outgoing) can be adjusted based on an economic analysis that seeks to find a compromise between the cost of heat recovery units and the heat recovery rate.
