directive européenne 2012/27/UE The Energy Efficiency Directive requires the recovery of waste heat, in particular through the performance of cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) for industrial facilities. In France, this directive has been transposed by the décret n° 2014-1363 du 14 novembre 2014 and l’arrêté du 9 décembre 2014 , amended by the decree of August 3, 2018. These texts specify the facilities concerned and the content of the CBA.
