2. Calculate reference consumption

Buildings subject to the regulations can follow two alternative procedures, Crelat and Cabs, to meet their obligations. Choose one of the two options.

The first (Crelat) consists of a reduction target in relative terms, representing a level of final energy consumption that will have to follow the periodic targets below. The calculation will be based on a reference consumption selected between 2010 and 2019.

By 2030, we aim to reduce final energy consumption in commercial buildings by at least :

  • 40% on 2010 ;

  • 50% in 2040 ;

  • 60% by 2050.
