3.1 Evaluate work costs
Two methods are available:
internal costing: this method involves calculating the cost of the work using, for example, the simulators available on the Internet;
rely on the energy auditor's recommendations: this more reliable method also saves time, as the renovation costs per item are already included in the audit report.
Whichever method you choose, you'll need to find sources of financing to carry out the work.
