3.1 Regulatory context
Companies are subject to several rules regarding the installation of charging stations.
Since 2021, the LOM law requires that 20% of parking spaces in new or renovated buildings be pre-equipped to accommodate charging stations.
Starting in 2025, this rate will also apply to existing parking lots with more than 20 spaces.
Any company renewing its fleet with electric vehicles must provide suitable infrastructure. Compliance with these obligations is verified during inspections related to environmental declarations or building permits.
