4.1 Eco-friendly bonus
The eco-bonus is a direct subsidy paid by the government for the purchase of a new electric or hydrogen vehicle. For businesses:
up to €4,000 for a new passenger vehicle;
up to €7,000 for a light electric utility vehicle.
The amount varies depending on the price of the vehicle (maximum €47,000) and the level of CO 2 emissions.
