8.1 Location of visual space, geography, climate, architecture
The visual space we need to address generally concerns a room, i.e. an area enclosed more or less completely by walls that limit the range of vision. In reality, the pathway leading to the premises, the professional or relational insertion, the activity, the occupant's motivations, the visual prospect..., mean that the premises are never completely disconnected from their physical and relational environment.
This relationship with a complex fabric will mean that choices of decoration, structure, lighting... will be felt and unconsciously accepted or rejected, depending on factors that may be external to the premises itself.
