1. Facade elements

Facade elements are most often manufactured by pouring and hardening plastic to fluid concretes in molds of various shapes and types.

Several production organization methods can be applied, depending on the shapes and dimensions of the components and the production runs required.

1.1 Fixed station in molds or on tables

When complex shapes or small series of simple elements are required, production is carried out in molds installed in a fixed position in a workshop equipped with handling equipment (overhead crane).

All the operations involved in preparing the molds, placing the reinforcement and accessories (frames, reservations, lifting, etc.), pouring and compacting the concrete, finishing, hardening and demolding,...
