 INTRODUCTION

The manufacture of concrete products calls on a variety of methods, techniques and equipment adapted to the types and dimensions of the products.

In the case of voluminous or prestressed products, the deferred demolding method (after the concrete has hardened in the molds) is used. The techniques used for each stage of production (filling, compacting, finishing, etc.) and the corresponding equipment (molds, tables, filling and compacting systems, etc.) are chosen and organized according to product dimensions and handling constraints (heavy, bulky products).
