 INTRODUCTION

The manufacture of concrete products involves a variety of methods, techniques, and materials adapted to the types and dimensions of the products.

In the case of large-scale production of small-volume products (blocks, curbs, paving stones, slabs, pipes, fences, etc.), the immediate demolding method is used. This method allows the mold to be reused for a new operation immediately after demolding the fresh products onto a support. This method is applied using techniques (molding, compaction, demolding) specific to machines developed for a given product range, such as vibrating presses for blocks, pipe machines, slab presses, fence machines, etc.
