5. Fences and lightweight construction elements

  • Fencing and similar lightweight construction elements (posts, plates, panels, footings, etc.) are manufactured using specialized machines often referred to as "long or flat product machines" or "fencing machines."

    These machines are also used to manufacture many other products such as gratings for livestock farms, gutters, steps, stringers, crossbeams, etc.

    The distinctive feature of these machines is that they produce flat or long elements on trays (or molds) that are very long (3 to 6 m) and limited in width (0.5 to 1.2 m). Most elements are manufactured using immediate demolding by turning them over on trays, which is why these machines are also called turning machines.
