4. Conclusion

At the end of this deciphering of the construction process, how can we reformulate the various elements that have gradually emerged?

While it's true that sustainable development appears to be a fairly effective catalyst, he points to a lack of coherence in the various stages of the process.

To reverse this trend, which is a prerequisite, we need to propose a more proactive conclusion, leading to solutions that can be implemented quickly.

Three proposals are possible.

In the first place, the dichotomy between design and construction appears to be the result of primarily corporate concerns.
