In the opinion of all construction professionals, but especially those involved in "building", recent decades have been marked by a certain regression, or at least stagnation. It's true that the use of terms needs to be measured to avoid confusion.

This capping effect can be seen in several observations.

In terms of construction techniques, with the exception of material characterization, no significant progress has been made. Admittedly, there are many reasons for this state of affairs: the reduction in the size of operations and the variety of project configurations, perhaps also the limitations of traditional technologies.

In terms of processes, each of the professions is aware of the limits of the conditions under which they can operate, and implicitly recognizes the inconsistencies involved in maintaining corporatist...
