The specific nature of the construction project

The world of construction is one of action. By its very nature, building is an activity involving movement, displacement, mobilization and often physical interaction. All these efforts correspond to a manufacturing industry.

Schematically, but observably, it is possible to consider two types of activity: those referred to as "design" and others described as "productive". The first observation is that they are generally not concomitant. In fact, they result in a specialization that borders on segregation, which is intimately experienced by the contributors, each of whom takes pride in his or her own work. This corporatism, in fact, hinges on a shared conviction that they alone can take concrete action. And this should lead us to question the measure associated with each action.
