2. Life cycle thinking

To cope with the urban dimension of the construction project, project management cannot simply define a new procedure or, more precisely, consolidate the points of passage in its process. It must also rely on a new way of thinking specifically adapted to the product being developed. This is what Life Cycle Thinking (LCT) is all about.

The urban object is defined as one of the elements in a complex system that associates the building and its users in an interdependent operation in search of a balance that is as stable as possible. The model that best describes this dynamic is the life-cycle model. Each object has a looped trajectory that allows for regeneration.
