3.1 Notification of decisions (GN 11)
Prescriptions imposed and justified by reference to articles of the Code de la Construction et de l'Habitation or the present regulations, as well as the prescriptions of the building permit.
They are subject to reasonable lead times if they are issued during operation following a visit by the safety commission.
The deadline for complying with a prescription imposed by a commission after a visit to the establishment may be immediate, depending either on non-compliance with a rule that may endanger the occupant, or on a change in the basis of the difference between the planned and actual headcount.
