5.1 Compliance with standards – Laboratory tests (decree of July 29, 2003) (GN 14)

The requirements for compliance with standards are as follows:

• Compliance

  If compliance with a non-harmonized French or European standard is required by the regulation, this requirement does not apply to equipment manufactured in accordance with the standards, technical specifications or manufacturing processes of a Member State of the European Community or another State cooperating with the European Union.
