The provisions of this section apply to outdoor sports grounds, stadiums, skating rinks, swimming pools, arenas, racecourses, etc., where the number of spectators exceeds 300.

For establishments accommodating up to 300 people, the mayor may lay down safety measures, after consulting the Safety Commission; he may also have certain installations checked by a competent technician, in particular the stability of the structures.

The provisions of articles GN and GE of the safety regulations apply to outdoor establishments. Any other provisions that may apply are specified in the remainder of this section.
