14. Fire safety system (M 30)
Fire safety systems are defined in article MS 53 (section 5.1 of
First category establishments must be equipped with a category B fire safety system.
Second category establishments must be equipped with a Category C, D or E fire safety system.
In certain establishments, a category A safety system may be required, after a reasoned opinion from the safety commission.
