15. Global safety organization (M 31)
The plant manager or the person in charge of safety (RUS) appends to the safety register an overall organization diagram for the plant's safety.
In particular, this document sets out the requirements for the size of the fire safety service as defined in article M 29, as well as the priority actions to be taken to ensure public safety, and the procedures for carrying out a general evacuation of the establishment.
