6. Food production and preparation workshops (M 17)

6.1 Depending on surface area

Food production and preparation areas located in the same area as that accessible to the public, with or without cooking or reheating equipment, must comply with the following conditions:

• their maximum unit surface area is less than or equal to 500 m ² and one of their dimensions on the ground does not exceed 20 m ;

• they are separated from other farms and from their own storerooms by walls meeting the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 3 of article M 7 (sections
