ERP fire safety - Type EF establishments - Floating establishments or stationary boats and boats parked on inland waters receiving the public

In addition to the general provisions for establishments open to the public (ERP), special rules must be applied to EF-type establishments (floating establishments or stationary boats and boats parked on inland waters open to the public), depending on the number of people admitted. These rules mainly concern :

• construction and landscaping of facilities ;

• Fuel gas and liquefied hydrocarbon installations;

• security services and alarm systems;

• smoke extraction age;

• the operator's obligations.
