3. Multi-storey buildings
3.1 General
3.1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article CTS 53)
The provisions of the present section apply only to itinerant establishments, intended by design to be enclosed in whole or in part, with a maximum of two levels and a flexible roof, whatever the number of people accommodated and the length of time they are set up.
Multi-storey structures can house one or more activities, with the exception of :
