9. Precautions to be taken during certain types of work (article GH 65)

1. Maintenance, upkeep and cleaning work likely to interfere with the evacuation of people or create the risk of fire outbreaks and spread are subject to appropriate preventive measures by the building's fire and emergency services.

2. Authorization is requested in accordance with the provisions of article R. 122-11-1 of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation :

• if the inconvenience exceeds 48 hours;

• if, notwithstanding article GH 36 (§ 7.2 of [TBA 3 051] ), the work requires...
