3. Plant maintenance (article GH 59)

Pursuant to article R. 122-16 of the French Construction and Housing Code, the owner is required to maintain the building's technical and safety installations.

The building's technical and safety installations are operated by competent personnel and maintained in good working order. They are always covered by a maintenance contract.

Proof of maintenance contracts, procedure sheets, written operating instructions and inspection reports are appended to the safety register.

Fire and rescue service personnel are familiar with the operating procedures for these facilities, and apply them in a timely manner.
