4. Surveillance, drills, tenant information (article GH 60)

Owner:

  • as soon as finishing work begins, set up a permanent fire safety and personal assistance service, as well as rescue resources appropriate to the risks to be combated;

  • organizes, at least once a year in buildings covered by article R. 122-17 of the French Construction and Housing Code, an evacuation drill in each compartment, with the implementation of safety functions after an automatic fire detector has been activated in a common horizontal circulation;

  • plans the first and second phase evacuation of the building and conducts drills ;
