1. Agent and alternate agent (article GH 57)

When an agent is appointed by the owner to ensure that his obligations are fulfilled, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 122-14 of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation, the owner shall inform the mayor of the names of the agent and his deputy, who shall inform the secretariat of the Commission consultative départementale de sécurité et d'accessibilité.

The safety representative and his deputy must be able to :

  • demonstrate familiarity with the provisions of the present safety regulations;

  • be easily contacted by the administrative authority;

  • promptly report to the address of the building concerned.
