ABSTRACT

Initially research in nanotechnology mainly focused on the development of components whose performances could make up for the possible end of silica technologies. The way of feeding these components has been limited to a macroscopic approach. The emergence of original strategies at the nanometric scale for the generation of principally alternative signals is however as much essential as promising within a context of energy consumption control. Due to the constant increase of the density of transistors in microprocessors, they are increasingly energy consuming. This high consumption generates dissipation and thus heating phenomena that can lead to the destruction of the components.

 INTRODUCTION
