7. Conclusion
The EMC design of electronic products is a complex activity that requires a great deal of interaction with several major activities and disciplines. We have described some of these in this article. We can hope that in the era of digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence, some of these activities can be more systematized or even automated. This transformation has already begun and should fundamentally change the way EMC engineers work in the coming years.
The EMC constraints that must be considered are also evolving in most sectors of activity. In connection with the development of the frequency spectrum for new 6G bands in particular, or simply to cover new risks brought about by new electronic functions, we continue to see an expansion in the frequency ranges to be covered.
