4. Conclusion

The majority of public HVA distribution networks are now at 20 kV, and for low-power networks, ErDF is introducing a compensated neutral ground connection diagram.

The decree of November 14, 1988, which defined protection rules, has been replaced by decree no. 2010-1017 and its order of April 19, 2012, which cite standards NF C 13-100 and NF C 13-200 for high-voltage installations. From now on, only these standards will apply.
