Principle 4: Single location for activity management

The use of the information system is modeled in the form of business activities.

A business activity is a unit of work, as seen by the end user, and must respect the following 4-unit rule: unity of place, time, actor and action.

All business activities are managed from end to end, without delegation, by a single SF Pilote, who links service requests to SF Silos.
