3.1 Benefits of a strategy
It should be remembered that today, the success of testing campaigns often depends much more on the psychological attitude of the testers than on the techniques used.
The test manager must use common sense throughout the test implementation and apply it in defining a test strategy that is initiated at the start of the project and updated throughout its duration.
In particular, they must ask themselves the following questions during each test phase:
What is the purpose of this test phase?
How can I optimize it?
When should I stop it?
