The needs of a DHW system depend on three parameters
[1] The temperature of the water used generally varies between 33 and 40°C (baths, showers) and 55°C (washing without detergent), with a statutory limit of 60°C, with the exception of kitchens or laundry rooms in public buildings, where DHW may be distributed at 90°C at certain points, subject to special signage
