3. Auscultation plan

An auscultation plan must identify the parameters to be measured to ensure proper monitoring of the structure. Next, the monitoring plan defines the position and number of measurement points to ensure proper monitoring of the phenomena without altering them through the presence of instrumentation. Finally, the sensors are chosen according to the specific characteristics of the structure: measurement range, budget, environmental conditions, etc.
