2.1 Engineering project objectives
The primary objective is to satisfy the customer, i.e. the client. Once the project has been successfully completed, the project owner will have to satisfy his future customers in the delivery of their parts. That's why it's vital to listen carefully to the customer's needs. The success of an engineering project to build, modify or extend a foundry depends on the quality of this listening.
The project manager and the project team help and assist the customer to define his needs as precisely as possible, or to help them evolve. They advise the customer throughout the design and implementation stages of the project.
