1. Identify your air emissions and applicable general regulations
Identify the discharges from your site that are likely to be polluted by chemicals:
Normal operation: use of solvents or solvent products (glues, paints), surface treatments, transfers, powder or liquid operations (grinding, mixing, synthesis, extractions, distillations, condensations, filtrations, drying, washing, soaking, etc.), use of gases, release of dust when working on solids (transfers, sanding, cutting, drilling).
Accidental: poor temperature or pressure conditions, malfunctioning extraction ventilation systems, liquid spills, accidental mixing of products that react with each other, release of toxic fumes in the event of burning.
