If you are a downstream user, your supplier is obliged to provide you with an updated eSDS. This means that it must include appendices summarizing the risk management measures and operating conditions to be implemented.
The main documents to rely on are therefore the annexes to the supplier's SDSe.
However, the CSR and the decision published in the Commission's Official Journal are elements with a particularly important regulatory value, which can nonetheless be used in the event of an inspection.
In practice, for end-users, the annexes to the eSDS must be able to summarize all the information needed to analyze the suitability of the substance for use.
