6. Performing a compliance analysis

6.1 How to prepare?

Whichever document you use as a basis, the compliance analysis can be carried out using the same methodology as for checking compliance with an exposure scenario (see SDSe, checking compliance with its uses [FIC 0297] ). This analysis should be documented in the form of a compliance report, which can be used in the event of an inspection.
